Water is an essential nutrient for all living organisms. It helps maintain homeostasis and electrolyte balance in the body.

In recent years, the demand for water has grown, driven by increasing awareness of the need to prevent the adverse effects of dehydration. A new trend in beverage consumption has emerged: consumers are paying more attention to health-oriented beverages, and packaging formats are evolving for greater convenience. Customers are constantly seeking new and innovative products.

This indicates that consumer demand for beverages continues to grow and evolve—not only in quantity but also in quality and form. The product titled “Integrating Advanced ORP- Electron Exchange Technology into RO Water Systems” is a technological innovation independently researched, developed, and successfully applied by CASTA. The advantages of this technology include:

  • Developed entirely in Vietnam and easily integrated into existing RO systems on the market, with a range of capacities.
  • Environmentally friendly, energy-saving, chemical-saving, free from secondary waste and pollutants, and more cost-effective than equivalent foreign technologies.

This integration consists of two components:

Magnetic Field (Water Softening Unit):
This component ionizes the water source, allowing the molecular structure of water to break into smaller clusters. These smaller water clusters enhance the performance of filtration materials when water passes through softening columns and external piping. Additionally, a multi-polar magnetic field is easily integrated into parts of the system to ionize the water and prevent scaling, thereby extending the lifespan of RO membranes.

Electrolysis System:
This enhances electron exchange in water, helping to remove harmful substances such as chlorine, heavy metals, etc. Ordinary water may contain fluoride, which in high doses can lead to fluoride poisoning, causing tooth decay, osteoporosis, chronic diarrhea, and arteriosclerosis. During electrolysis, most harmful substances are removed, resulting in clean water. Beneficial minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium are retained and ionized, making them easier for the body to absorb.

Integrating advanced ORP- electron exchange technology into RO systems provides the following benefits:

  • The electrolysis process reduces the size of water molecule clusters and enhances electron exchange, converting supplemented minerals into elemental forms that are more easily absorbed by the body.
  • Nuclear magnetic resonance studies have shown that electrolyzed water contains clusters of only 5 to 6 molecules, enabling it to be absorbed up to 30% faster than regular tap water.
  • Deactivates free radicals without eliminating essential micro-minerals in the water.
  • Breaks the bonds between water molecules to form nanometer-sized clusters, enhancing absorption and improving food conversion efficiency.
  • Ionized water becomes the best form of electrolyzed water for humans and animals.
  • Allows full control of pH, creating alkaline water that promotes better health, reduces illness, and boosts immunity.

Advantages of Combining Electron Exchange Technology with RO:

  • Suitable for nearly all regions across Vietnam.
  • Investment costs are significantly lower than Kangen technology systems of equivalent ORP- (antioxidant) quality.
  • Entirely produced in Vietnam.
  • Compatible with all pre-installed RO systems.

As the economy develops and living standards improve, there is a growing demand for higher quality daily water intake.

The ORP- electron exchange technology has already been transferred and implemented in several market applications:

  • ION MIRA Water Company – Binh Duong (2015)
Address: No. 06, Road 744, Group 02, Phu Thu Hamlet, Ben Cat Town, Binh Duong Province.
  • Operation and Production Process Transfer for ION Drinking Water (2015)
